Dr. Lian Ruan, Head Librarian and Director of IFSI International Programs, attended the IFLA World Library and Information Congress from August 23 to August 30, 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She attended the meetings of the IFLA Section Standing Committee for Information Literacy Section as a member as well as the Chinese Speaking Caucus and the US Caucus.
